Job description:

Lettings Manager (Estate Agency) – City, EC1

Our client is a successful, well-established estate agency with multiple branches across London. Due to promotions between branches, their City office is now looking to appoint a Lettings Manager to start in August 2009.

Suitable candidates will have substantial Lettings experience, perhaps as a Senior Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager and be ready for a step up the career ladder. You will be able to demonstrate business development skills and be accustomed to working hard towards achieving targets. Your main responsibilities will include: -

-Increasing instruction levels
-Improving KPI’s such as ratio of stock let
-Managing team performance within the office

In compensation our client is offering an impressive package to include a basic of £20,000; company car / allowance; commissions and bonus scheme to produce a realistic OTE of at least £50,000. Applications are invited in writing with a covering letter.
